Frederic Trigalo and Lucie Covington Join Athletics

We are proud to announce the addition of Frederic Trigalo as Director and Lucie Covington as Associate Director of Growth.

Frederic, a seasoned industry veteran, will be responsible for leading Athletics’ new business efforts and further strengthening its position in the design and branding landscape. Having previously held significant roles at esteemed companies such as Jones Knowles Ritchie. Frederic brings over two decades of invaluable experience, particularly in new business development within the branding and design industry. At JKR, he initiated and fostered client relationships across multiple sectors, unlocking substantial new business revenue and leading innovative and timely agency responses to RFI/RFPs and pitches. His leadership at previous roles showcased his adeptness in nurturing strong, lasting client relationships, overseeing team coordination, and managing timelines and budgets for high-end luxury brands/groups such as L’Oreal, Puig, and LVMH, among others.

As Associate Director of Growth at Athletics, Lucie will be focusing on driving new business initiatives and cultivating strong, enduring client relationships. Born and raised in France, Lucie moved to the United States to pursue a B.A. in Film Studies and Art History from Mount Holyoke College. Following a stint working as a Production Designer in New York, Lucie found her way to the design agency Aruliden, specializing in brand and industrial design. During her tenure at Aruliden, Lucie played a pivotal role as the Chief of Staff to the Co-Founders and led the establishment and development of the Growth practice at the agency. Her diverse portfolio includes collaborating with clients from various sectors, such as luxury, beauty, healthcare, CPG, sexual wellness, and wearables.

Athletics is known for its highly collaborative approach, partnering with clients to articulate opportunities and transform them into beautifully usable brand strategies, systems, and tools. Frederic and Lucie’s inquisitive, energetic, and optimistic nature mirror’s the culture and ethos that Athletics champions.
