Arbroath Amateur Boxing Club
Heritage with a Punch

When Arbroath Amateur Boxing Club relocated to its new home, a beautifully restored church hall in the heart of the village, it marked more than a change of address. It signaled a renewal of purpose for a gym that has long shaped young people in the community. Built on commitment, graft, and generosity, AABC is run by a devoted mix of volunteers, coaches, and lifelong boxing enthusiasts who give their time to teach the art and discipline of boxing to kids from every corner of Arbroath.
The identity system we created honors that spirit. Rooted in the town’s heritage and the iconic portcullis of Arbroath Abbey, the design blends minimal, smart structure with the raw energy of the sport. The result is a visual language that feels both contemporary and lived-in, reflecting the grit of the gym, the character of its people, and the special tapestry they create together.
This identity isn’t about polish; it’s about pride, place, and the quiet power of a community lifting its young fighters up. We’re honored to have played a small role.
