Welcome to the Team

Athletics is thrilled to welcome a few new members to our team: Allie Stenclik (Project Manager), Lorraine Kim (Producer), Mila Linares (Strategist), and Triana Thompson (Designer).

Allie, formerly of Madwell agency, and Lorraine, who joins us from Barrel agency after a stint in the heady world of Brooklyn coffee, will bolster our project management and production team. With their respective degrees in comparative literature (both focused on Latin America) the pair seeks to foster vibrant communication between Athletics and client teams, perhaps injecting a bit of Gabriel Garcia Marquez-esque magic realism into our progress reports and Basecamp updates.

Mila brings her infectious creativity and deep global experience to our growing strategy outfit. A Madrid native, Mila began her career in management consulting at Accenture before moving client-side as an in-house market researcher at Ebay, Phillips, and American Express. Finding her way to strategy at Saffron and Wolff Olins, Mila applied her rich client-side insight for partners including Wikimedia and the Canadian Centre for Architecture. A lover of architecture and yoga, Mila will bring both structure and flexibility to our strategic offering, seeking the right recipe to complement our studio’s strong design ethos.

Finally, Triana adds creative firepower, honed during her tenure at Charleston-based branding agency Fuzzco, to our design team. With her penchant for illustration and budding interest in the art of hand poke tattooing, Triana aims to inject a human touch to our creative output. Like many of her fellow Athletics team members, Triana leads a creatively-active life outside of the studio.
