Digital Brand Experience Designer (UX)
Athletics works with clients to craft identity systems and brand experiences that meet the needs of contemporary business. As a Digital Brand Experience Designer (UX) at Athletics, you’ll collaborate closely with our design and technology teams to identify and explore the opportunities for innovation that exist at the intersection of brand and product.

You’ll have:
— 5+ years of related experience, some of which should be within a client-services environment
— A passion for crafting innovative digital experiences, including interface style systems, UI/UX pattern libraries, and websites that meet the needs of clients that range from start-ups to enterprise
— A solid understanding of and appreciation for 360º brand identity systems, and a desire to push forward what is possible within web, native, and experiential environments
— A firm grasp of modern user experience practices, including user-centric design and agency-agile processes
— The ability to use user flows, user mindsets, animation/prototypes, and other similar tools and tactics to determine, define, and defend digital experiences that meet the goals of our clients, and that deliver brand messages
— A maker mentality, balanced with client-facing maturity and excellent communication and presentation skills

Producer / Project Manager

Athletics seeks an experienced Producer / Project Manager to assist in the management of internal teams, clients, and suppliers. This individual will be responsible for shepherding design projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinating a vibrant team of in-house and partner talent (from designers, to writers, to strategists, to developers).

Candidates must be comfortable mediating between creative leadership and client teams to guide projects over the finish-line on time, within budget, and to the highest degree of quality. Minimum 4+ years of agency experience is required.

Designer applicants should have at minimum two years of experience working in the creative field. More importantly they must be curious, energetic, optimistic, collaborative, and ever-ready to face design challenges with an open mind. Fluency in the prevailing design technologies of the day is essential.
